Rashad Cave
A Leader for the People
Father, Community Leader, Speaker, Businessman, Entrepreneur are words that describes Rashad Cave. He was born and raised in Crestmont Park by two loving parents Charles and Susan Cave. At a young age, he was entrenched in civil engagements due to his parent’s investment of time and career within their community. Due to their example of community service; Rashad Cave stayed in his community and finished the Aviation Science Magnet Program at Sterling High School.
With the ambition of wanting to learn more and expand his horizon Rashad Cave departed to Baton Rouge, LA. There he attended Southern University A&M. While achieving in his academics, Rashad Cave joined the Alpha Sigma Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Incorporated. Due to his love for the organization and the community, he became Guide Right of his Chapter and led numerous volunteer initiatives throughout the Baton Rouge area.

Rashad Cave’s education and leadership experience have shaped his mission to uplift communities. Through dedication and action, he strives to make a positive impact on Houston’s neighborhoods and youth.
Academic Achievements
Rashad Cave finished at Southern University A&M with an undergrad Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s in Social Science with a concentration in Political Science.
Leadership & Career Growth
Rashad Cave has utilized his leadership skills in many compacities stretching from; Corporate Leadership, Community Organization, and Political Pac’s. Which has led him to Upper Management positions within Local Government. Cave’s journey as a community influencer and leader has allowed him to be the bridge between Houston’s constituents and City Officials.
Community Commitment
Since 2012, Rashad has embedded his footprint in and around the City of Houston. He proactively is working with youth to instill hope and pride within their community. Revitalizing low-income neighborhoods and resolving community issues are his passion. Rashad’s journey has by far not been an easy one, but quite fulfilling. Rashad truly intends to serve all people with a confidence voice filled with integrity, respect and pride for all who GOD places in front of him to serve.
